Maybe sunspot
okay so this sun spot caused the aurora, and I wanted to photograph it. You cant see into the sun because its too bright but sometimes the reflection of light in the lens lowers the brightness enough. The smallest grey circle has a dimple on it if you zoom in and I think that might be the sunspot.
